Karl Brisseaux is a Haitian-American DJ, producer, record collector and music curator based in the New York Metropolitan Ara. His DJ sets and original compositions both draw from an eclectic sensibility that spans across various genres, geographies, and eras.

His debut record, Origin Story, was released in June 2021 with Bandcamp as part of its invite-only vinyl pressing service for artists. Karl is a partner and resident DJ at Proof of Concept, a party collective committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces for all people of color and their allies to dance, connect, and unwind.

Karl has been invited to perform in rooms ranging from premier vinyl-only venues, to influential DJ- and promoter-curated events, to renowned nightclubs and HiFi listening rooms in New York and beyond.

He is also frequently tapped to perform at brand activations, corporate functions, charity galas, and private events for the world’s leading brands, including The Walt Disney Company, The New York Times, Squarespace, Johnson & Johnson, Booking Holdings, and more.
